PRIMARY SECTION (GRADE 1–5)
Overview
The Primary Section at Penken Education System covers Grades 1 to 5 (ages 5–10).This stage builds the foundation of a child’s learning journey, combining strong academics, skills development, and personal growth in a nurturing and engaging environment.

Our curriculum is aligned with the National Curriculum of Pakistan and delivered in English, with Urdu taught as a compulsory language. Each subject is designed to develop critical thinking, creativity, and confidence.
English Language – Reading, writing, grammar, comprehension, and creative expression.
Urdu Language – Fluency in reading and writing, cultural understanding, and literature basics.

Age & Grade Placement (AGR Criteria)
At Penken, students are placed in grades according to their age on 31st March of the admission year, along with their performance in the entrance assessment.
Grade Age Requirement
Grade 1 5 – 6 years
Grade 2 6 – 7 years
Grade 3 7 – 8 years
Grade 4 8 – 9 years
Grade 5 9 – 10 years
